Winter Blues

The middle of winter always has me feeling a little (navy) blue. Luckily this navy blue dress is one to bring a smile on my face. Simplicity, comfort, and a sweet elegance all come with this cotton shape-shift dress. The high-low feature transformed this dress to be worn both dressed up and dressed down. And a little edge comes with the studs around the neckline.
